Request for Body Corporate Certificate (Form 33)
A Form 33 – Body Corporate Certificate is a document required under the Property Law Act 2023 (Qld) and must be provided by a seller to a prospective buyer before entering into a contract for the sale of a lot in a community titles scheme.
By submitting this form, you are requesting prescribed information held by the Body Corporate, necessary for the seller to complete the Form 33 disclosure.
The certificate will include:
The current contributions and levies payable for the lot
The Body Corporate’s name, address, and community title scheme (CTS) number
Details of any exclusive use areas or improvements the lot owner is responsible for
Contact details for the Committee Secretary and the Body Corporate Manager
A register of assets held by the Body Corporate
Other prescribed information as required under the legislation.
