New Customers - Why Pinnacle Strata
We welcome the opportunity to introduce Pinnacle Strata, the professional services we provide and how these can contribute to the efficient administration of your Body Corporate. We would be delighted to add your building to our portfolio. Client satisfaction is very much a focus of our team. We regularly survey our clients and measure satisfaction in a number of areas including meeting procedures, technical skills, communications and financial literacy.

Transition Process
Once we have been appointed as your new Strata Managers, the following steps will take place to ensure a smooth transition for Lot Owners and the Committee.
Day of AGM
We will contact the nominated Committee Member for communications to confirm our appointment is now official. Usual procedure requires that the outgoing management company is given 30 days notice to finalise all financial documents and close bank accounts.
Day after AGM
We contact your outgoing Strata Manager to confirm the Body Corporate's ABN and TFN. We then open the bank account on your behalf in preparation for the transfer of funds and issuing levies.
Day 25 after the AGM
Your outgoing Strata Manager is contacted to confirm that all documentation pertaining to your strata scheme will be ready for collection on day 30.
Day 30 after the AGM
The books are collected from the outgoing Strata Manager and transitioned to Pinnacle Strata.
Day 45 after the AGM
An informal meeting for will be convened for the committee members and Pinnacle staff to meet and discuss needs and goals of the strata scheme. This meeting can be held wherever is most convenient to the committee either at Pinnacle Strata offices or onsite.
