Remediation Works to the Southern Penthouse structural column were completed in December 2025. Following completion of those works, the Committee is working to progress investigations into any remaining units that may have sustained internal damage associated with the structural column issue.

The Committee seeks feedback from Owners of “D” Units regarding the specific structural column located within the dining area of the unit (adjacent to the sliding door), together with the immediate surrounding area.

Please note that the Committee is only seeking information regarding damage that may be associated with this particular column and its immediate vicinity. This investigation is not intended to assess unrelated damage elsewhere within the lot.
