Owners who wish to have their unit treated must register their interest by no later than Monday 25 May 2026. Registration is to be completed via the below online form.
If no registration is received by the closing date, no pest control treatment will be carried out to your unit.
Please note the following important information:
The Body Corporate will be charged on a per-unit basis for pest control services.
Owners who register must ensure access is available to their unit on the scheduled dates.
Where access cannot be provided in person, arrangements may be made with the Caretaker, Rob Brookes, by leaving a key with him. He can be contacted at manager@broadwatertower.com.au.
If an Owner registers for the service but access is not available at the time of attendance, the cost of the treatment will still be charged to the Owner.
